1. Tour Prices:

• All tour prices are generally quoted in United States Dollars (USD).

• The price of your tour is based on the itinerary, duration, type of accommodation, and other services included in the specific package you have selected.

• Our website and brochures will clearly indicate what is included in the price of each tour package.

2. Inclusions:

Typically, our tour packages include the following:

• Accommodation in carefully selected hotels, guesthouses, or homestays (category as specified in the tour package).

• All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) as specified in the itinerary.

• Services of a licensed English-speaking Bhutanese tour guide throughout your trip.

• Private transportation within Bhutan as per the itinerary.

• The Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) levied by the Royal Government of Bhutan.

• Bhutan visa processing fees.

• Entrance fees to monuments, museums, and other sites as mentioned in the itinerary.

• Airport transfers upon arrival and departure.

3. Exclusions:

Unless explicitly stated in the tour package, the following are typically not included in our tour prices:

• International airfare to and from Bhutan.

• Travel insurance.

• Expenses of a personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, internet access, beverages (including alcoholic drinks), and souvenirs.

• Tips and gratuities for guides and drivers.

• Any optional tours or activities not specifically mentioned in the itinerary.

• Lunch and evening tea/snacks in some packages (please check your specific itinerary).

4. Deposits and Final Payment:

• A non-refundable deposit of of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance of the tour cost must be paid no later than days prior to your scheduled arrival date in Bhutan.

• For bookings made within days of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

5. Price Adjustments:

• We reserve the right to adjust tour prices in the event of significant changes in exchange rates, government taxes, fuel costs, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you of any such adjustments as soon as possible.

• Once your booking is confirmed and full payment has been received, the tour price is generally guaranteed, except for unforeseen circumstances as mentioned above.

6. Single Supplement:

• Tour prices are typically based on double occupancy. If you prefer a single room, a single supplement fee will apply. Please inquire about the current rates for single occupancy.

7. Children's Discounts:

• We may offer discounts for children traveling with their parents. Please inquire about specific discounts applicable to your tour and the age of your children.

8. Payment Methods:
